5. The symbol DANGER will show up if the alcohol content exceeds 0.5 per
mille. At the same time, a loud alarm will go off.
6. When there's no air blown into the mouth piece in test mode, the tester
will show "0.00".

Automatic Switch-Off

Symbol "L" for battery
• When the symbol "L" appears on the display, batteries are exhausted.
• The tester will switch off automatically.
• Replace batteries with two equivalent new batteries.
• Always replace both batteries!
4. Press the SET key. The minute digits will fl ash.
5. Press the ADJ key to set the minutes.
6. Then press the SET key to confi rm the settings.
12 or 24 hours display mode
Repeatedly press the ADJ key to toggle between 12 and 24 hour display
modes.
• The result will be displayed for 15 seconds,
afterwards, the display switches to "OFF".
• The tester will switch off after 2 to 3
seconds.

Setting the time
1. Repeatedly press the MODE key to get to
the clock mode.
2. Press and hold the SET key for 2 sec-
onds. The hour digits will flash.
3. Press the ADJ key to set the hours.
