Montage de la lame Einbau des Blattes Mounting of the blade
Preparation (fig. 7)
- Nettoyer la garniture des volants.
— Ecarter les touches des guides supe-
rieurs et inferieurs.
— Rabattre le protecteur du guide &
galet, retirer la plaquette lumiere et
la vis (T).
- D6bloquer le bouton (N).
— Reculer le galet (0) a I'aide de la
vis microm&trique (M).
Vorbereitung (Abb. 7)
— Gummibelage der Rollen reinigen.
— Anlaufholzer uber und unter dem
Tisch lockern.
— Schutzvorrichtung zuriickklappen,
Schraube (T) und Tischeinsatz ent-
fernen.
- Knopf (N) lockern.
— Fiihrungsrolle fO) mit mikrome-
trischer Schraube (M) zuriickdrehen.
Preparation (fig. 7)
— Clean the rubber coating of the
wheels.
— Part the small hardwood blocks of
the upper and lower guides.
— Pull out the guard of the roller
guard, draw out the insert piate
and the screw (T).
- Unlock the button
— Move back the roller guide with
the micrometric screw.
Important:
Avant chaque changement de lame
ou intervention sur la machine, retirer
la prise.
Wichtig:
Vor dem Sageblattwechsel sowie vor
anderen Wartungs- und Entstorarbei-
ten immer Netzstecker herausziehen !
Important:
Before every change of blade or adjus-
tment on the machine, remove the
electrical connection.
Montage
- Enfiler la lame dans la fente de la
table machine.
— Monter la lame sur les volants en
veillant & I'orientation des dents.-
— Des que la tension est suffisante
(poignee H - fig. 8), tourner le
volant superieur a la main en ache-
vant de tendre et de rectifier (avec
la poignee J) la position de la lame
sur le volant.
Bloquer avec le bouton (P).
Einbau:
— Blatt in den Tischschlitz einfuhren.
- Blatt auf die Rollen aufsetzen (da-
bei auf Richtung der Zahneachten).
— Sobald die Spannung des Blattes
ausreichend ist (Handrad H, Abb. 8),
obere Rolle von Hand andrehen,
dann Spannvorgang und Blattstel-
lung auf der Rolle durch Handgriff
(R) beenden. Durch Randelmutter
(P) blockieren.
Mounting
— Insert the blade in the machine
table slot
- Mount the blade on the wheels
and take care of the toothing direc-
tion.
— As soon as the tension is sufficient
(handle H - fig. 8), turn the upper
wheel by hand, tension and adjust
(with handle J) the position of the
blade on the wheel.
Lock with the button (P).
