CONVENTIONAL WARRANTY
The showers are guaranteed by the manufacturer
against defects or manufacturing defects, according
to the directives in force, to the exclusion of natural
changes in the material for the constant exposure to
the sun.
The buyer may assert against the seller the right to
repair or replacement under warranty for a period of:
24 months from the date of delivery and / or
purchase, if the purchaser is a natural person
acting for purposes which are outside the scope
of its commercial and professional activities
(Directive 99/44 / EEC and its implementing
decree DL February 2 2002, n. 24)
12 months from the date of delivery and / or
purchase, in all other cases not referred to in
paragraph 1 (art. 1591 cc)
The date of purchase must be mandatorily certified
by a tax document (receipt or invoice).
This standard warranty does not affect any rights
under the aforementioned Directive 99 / 44CEE and
does not exclude or limit the rights deriving from
other legal system standards of the country of use.
Also they excluded from the warranty deterioration
or alteration of the product or its certain elements
from other causes, such as:
a) incorrect installation (use a pressure higher than
the
maximum
allowable
maintenance or lack thereof
b) tampering by unauthorized persons and / or
qualified
c) use of the product with different purposes other

substance other than water)

strength, fire, floods, lightning, vandalism, etc ...)

materials, in its sole discretion, will repair or replace

the original warranty.
