To clean
The Ergon drink system should be cleaned after every use.
Sugary drinks particularly can quickly go off and become
contaminated which can cause illness. Ergon cannot accept any
responsibility for any problems caused by failure to clean the
reservoir sufficiently.
To clean the drink system, remove the reservoir and tube from
your backpack. Rinse the reservoir and tube with hot water. To
dry, remove the tube and the bite valve and turn the reservoir
inside out.
To dry, turn the pack inside out.
Do not under any circumstance use any alcohol, bleach, ethanol,
paint thinner or any other solvents to clean your hydration
reservoir. Failure to clean the reservoir after use may result in an
unhygienic condition in the reservoir. If this occurs, please stop
using the reservoir immediately and replace it.
Warning
The reservoir is for foodstuffs only. Be careful when using hot liquids. Keep the reservoir away from children.
Ergon cannot accept any responsibility for damage resulting from improper use.
Warranty:
Ergon Drink Systems have been tested for both function and durability by independent institutions and assessors. Ergon Products
are covered by a two-year warranty against defects in material or workmanship. In a warranty claim situation, please take the item,
together with proof of purchase, to your retailer. Warranty does not cover crash damage, modified products or products used in a
different way to that set out in this document.
