1. Mounting / Safety
This unit may only be installed by an authorised and qualified electrician in
Mounting:
conformance to the established regulations. Any violation of this requirement will invalidate our
warranty and liability obligations and may endanger life. Leave a safety area around the bath and
shower! When drilling, be careful to avoid electricity cables and gas and water pipes.
Turn off the electricity before beginning (fuse box !). The enclosed mounting material is standard
and not suitable for every base. It may be necessary to use special mounting material.
The mains connection cable may not be pinched and the sheath insulation must extend
into the cabinet. It is essential to ensure that single conductors cannot come into contact with
any metal (e.g. aluminium wallpaper).The protective earth conductor (green/yellow) on the
mirror cabinet must be connected with the protective earth conductor (green/yellow)
in the mains cable! After assembly, check that the cabinet hangs securely on the wall.
Safety: Products with incandescent or halogen bulbs: Do not place anything on the top
of the cabinet - risk of fire. Products with spot lighting: Please notice the safe distance
to lighted objects:
only (marking in cabinet). Defective fluorescent lamps do not belong in the houshold
refuse, but must be disposed of separately (undestroyed with the special refuse).
Do not use electrical equipment (e.g. hairdryer) in the bath tub or shower basin.
Never direct the shower spray to the cabinet. Do not touch the filament lamps,
halogen lamps or appertaining reflectors risk of burns! Before opening the cabinet
(e.g. change clock-batterie) turn off the electricity (fuse-box)!

2. Care / Cleaning

Only use a damp cloth to clean the surfaces.
For stubborn stains use a mild all-purpose cleaning liquid.
Do not use any scouring detergents or abrasive sponges.
The crystal glass mirror may only be cleaned with a soft cloth.
Remove stubborn dirt on the glass with clear water and a wrung-out chamois leather.
Please never use chemical detergents on the mirrors.

3. Guarantee

We give you a guarantee of two years. Damage caused by improper
handling or incorrect installation and expendable parts (illuminants)
are excluded from the guarantee. Electric repairs may only be done by
qualified electricians. Only genuine parts may be used. Otherwise, we shall cease
to be liable. We are looking forward to your hints and suggestions. Our customer
support will help you if there is a problem.
