13. Serve the espresso immediately, so that it cannot cool down too much. Serve
with sugar, if necessary.
14. Wait until the machine has cooled down before you remove the filter
holder (11). Never open the screw cap on the pressure container (4) and
never remove the filter holder (11) until the brewing is finished completely and
the machine is still under pressure.
15. If you do not want to use the machine for a longer period of time or if you want
to clean it, please unplug the Coffee Bar.
