The App provides a convenient means of controlling all the sound system's functions. However,
the basic functions can also be controlled directly - without the App - using the buttons on the
sound system. This can be useful, for example, if your smartphone's battery is flat.

Switching the sound system on and off
The device is switched on and off by briefly pressing the button.
In stand-by mode the Status indicator lights up solid red (it flashes red-
white if a WLAN connection is not present).
Selecting sources
Briefly pressing the source button
if necessary, selects the source to which you wish to listen. The Status
indicator shows which source is currently selected by lighting up in
various colours (see the table on the next page).
Switching to your preferred source enables you to listen to that source.
Selecting tracks / stations
Briefly pressing the
playback list. Holding the button pressed in selects the previous station in
the list.
This function is only available for the Favourites which you have stored in
the sound system. The method of storing Favourites is described in the
chapter entitled "Favourites lists".
It is not possible to select Favourites stored locally on your smartphone
or tablet PC.
Volume adjustment
These buttons are used to adjust the volume in fine increments. A brief
