of fire, electric shock or electrocution.
13. To reduce the risk of an electric shock, unplug the
charger from the power supply before attempting
to clean it. Removing the battery pack alone does
not reduce the risk.
14. The charger is designed for use from a standard
household electrical supply. Do not attempt to
connect the charger to a supply with a different
voltage.
15. The charger is not intended for use by persons
(including children) with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervi-
sion or instruction concerning use of the charger
by a person responsible for their safety.
16. Children should be supervised to ensure that they
do not play with the charger.
ADDITIONAL SAFETY RULES FOR BATTERY PACK
1.
To ensure the longest battery life and best battery
performance, always charge the battery when the
temperature is between 18~24°C ( 65-75°F ) Do
not charge and store your battery in temperature
below 0°C (32°F), or above 40°C (104°F).
2.
Do not incinerate the battery pack even if it is
seriously damaged or can no longer hold a charge.
The battery pack can explode in a fire.
3.
A small leakage of liquid from the battery pack
may occur under extreme usage or temperature
conditions. However, if the outer seal is broken
and this leakage comes into contact with your

skin wash the affected area quickly with water. If
the leakage gets in your eyes flush your eyes with
clean water for a minimum of 10 minutes and seek
immediate medical attention.
4.
Never attempt to open the battery pack for any
reason. If the plastic housing of the battery pack
breaks open or cracks, immediately discontinue its
use and do not recharge it.
5.
Do not store or carry a spare battery pack in a
pocket or toolbox or any other place where it may
come into contact with metal objects. The battery
pack may be short circuited causing damage to
the battery pack, burns or a fire.
6.
Do not pierce the battery with nails, strike the
battery with a hammer, step on the battery or
otherwise subject it to strong impacts or shocks.
7.
Do not place the battery in or near fire, on stoves
or other high temperature locations. Do not place
the battery in direct sunlight or use or store the
battery inside cars in hot weather. Doing so may
cause the battery to generate heat, explode or
ignite. Using the battery in this manner may also
result in a loss of performance and a shortened life
expectancy.
8.
if you intend to store a battery for a period without
use than store battery at room temperature(18°C
to 24°C), charged to about 30-50% of capacity.
When storing for very long periods boost-charge
the battery once per year to prevent overdisharge.
9.
Only charge the battery with the charger supplied.
