Solution
- Is the power cable plugged in?
- Is the motor power cable completely plugged in?
- Is the manual switch cable plugged into the control unit?
- If the worktop still does not move, unplug the power cable
to disconnect mains power, then plug it in again.
Next perform a Reset (see page 11).
- If the worktop still does not move, contact your service partner.
- Perform a Reset (see page 11).
- Make sure that the motor cable is correctly plugged in.
- Unplug the power cable to disconnect the ergoAGENT base
and then plug it in again. Next carry out a Reset (see page 11).
- If this does not solve the problem, contact your service partner.
- The duty cycle has been exceeded (see page 5).
- Check the list of error codes to identify which error has occurred.
