Mounting
Put the armrest on the tube so that you can look through the vertical holes. Mount
now the fastening strap of the armrest and screw down the screw. In order to enable
a non tiring way of working with the device regulate the length of the shaft of the
device according to your height by pressing the 2 serrations at the lower shaft of the
Operational Control
device with your thumb and your index finger and at the same time pull out or push
in the armrest. The length of the device is set correctly if you can swing the search-
ing coil at short distance over the ground with your arm straight.
Adjust the angle of the searching coil to the length so that the searching coil is hori-
zontal to the ground.
Do not change the setting of the length without pressing the 2 serrations.
During transport push in the armrest again and fold the searching coil towards the
shaft of the device.
