Troubleshooting

Before contacting your dealer, please check to see if the prob-
lem can be solved by following the advice below:
Problem
Device is
not working
There is too
little vapour
Battery is
not char-
ging
Battery life
is becoming
shorter and
shorter
Possible Causes
Battery is empty
or not inserted
correctly.
Transport lock
active
No contact on the
centre pole
Battery is empty /
tank is empty
Charger not
connected /
power failure
Normal wear and
tear of the battery
Solution
Charge the battery /
insert the battery. Clean
the threads of the battery
and of the vaporiser with
a cloth. Deactivate the
transport lock.
Raise the centre pole of the
battery up slightly, e.g. with
a thoothpick.
Recharge the battery /
insert a new tank.
Connect the charger (LED
status light red or green) /
resolve power failure.
Order a new battery from
your dealer or from red kiwi.
