10 Monitor output volume controller
This controller is responsible for the level of the monitor output/pre-listening output.
Use this volume controller to create the ideal pre-listening volume e.g. for karaoke or in studio opera-
tion.
11 Monitor output of "Tape"/"Main-Mix"
Push this switch to receive the monitor output/pre-listening output signal of "Tape-Out".
Release it by pushing it again to receive the monitor/pre-listening signal of the main output ("Main-
Mix"). This function may also be helpful to, e.g., permit pre-listening for karaoke with one's own singing
or without it. (See figure "Internal Routing".)
12 Switch on "Tape" input
Push this switch to switch the "Tape-In" input on in addition to the main signal ("Main-Mix").
The connection is released again by pushing it again. (See figure "Internal Routing".)
13 Activate "USB"/"Line-In"
Push this switch to add the audio signal via USB to the main signal. Release it to receive the signal from
"Line-in 1&2". (See figure "Internal Routing".)
14 Pre-listening output jack plug
Connect your headphones here to listen to the sound of the monitor/pre-listening output.
What you hear on this channel essentially depends on your audio configuration and the position of the
switches (11.),(12.),(13.). (On this, see figure "Internal Routing".)
15 "Power" LED
Indicates whether the device is ready.
If it is not lit in spite of the power being connected, check the power connections.
If the signal light still isn't on after checking the LED, disconnect the device from the power and contact
a specialist. The device may be defective!
16 Main output (jack plug)
Connect your speakers here to listen to the main signal on them.
This is the main output of your mixer. Connect your output or recording devices here to record the mixed
signal from the panel.
17 "Tape" output (cinch)
This is the "Tape" output that is the second output for tapping the "Main-Mix" signal in addition to the
main output. (For details, see the figure "Internal Routing".)
18 "Tape" input
The "Tape" input offers the option of feeding a signal into the mixer via a cinch connection.
This may be a sound card or a CD player. (For more details, see the figure "Internal Routing".)
19 Input channel 2
Channel 2 expands the mixer by a signal source that can be controlled independently of the first chan-
nel.
Connect the devices to feed in the signal into channel 2 with a cinch connection.
