04. OPERATION

WARNING!
Do not use the appliance on wet hair. Use a towel to dry your
hair well after washing.
NOTE: Before using for the first time, switch the appliance on for
a few minutes. As a result of the manufacturing process, a slight odour
may be produced. This is not harmful and only occurs during initial
use. Ensure that the room has good ventilation.
Judge your hair sensibly: fine or damaged hair reacts to the treat-

ment more quickly than thick, healthy hair.
The thinner the strands you are treating, the more intensive the

resultant styling effect.
Switching the appliance on/off and controlling the
airflow
1. Connect the mains plug to an easily accessible socket.
2. The on/off switch and the switch for the power settings 9 allow you
to switch on the appliance and select the desired power setting:
0 = off
1 = slow airflow, low temperature
2 = fast airflow, higher temperature
3. After styling, set the on/off switch to 0 (off) and pull the mains plug.

4. The switch for the heat settings 3 is used to control the temperature:
I = low temperature for gentle drying and styling
II = medium temperature for gentle drying and styling
of normal hair
III = high temperature for quick drying of thick hair
