Installation

Suunto recommends that your QR is installed
by an authorised dealer or distributor.
Disconnect the hose at the place where you
want to install the QR. Install the QR ends to
their respective places. The joint designs are
identical to the ones without the QR. If the
QR is installed at the gauge the swivel stem
must be installed at the hose to QR joint. If
the QR is installed at the regulator, one o-ring
(9.25 x 1.78) must be installed on the QR
before threading into HP port on regulator.
When making the assembly check the condi-
tion of all the o-rings and replace if needed
with supplied spare parts. Make sure all parts
are clean before assembling.
If the QR is installed at the instrument end it
may be necessary to open up the hose hole
size in the console housing in order fit the QR
connector.
