Getting started
• Open the battery compartment and insert 3 batteries 1.5 V AAA, polarity
as illustrated.
• A short beep will sound and all LCD segments will light up.
• The unit is now ready to use.

Manual setting of clock and calendar
Setting of calendar
• Use the rotating dial to select a city in your vicinity with the same time
zone (Paris for CET/CEST).
• Slide the operating switch to CAL to adjust the calendar. The year is flash-
ing.
• Press YEAR/12/24 button to adjust the year.
• Press MONTH/HR button to adjust the month.
• Press DATE/MIN button to adjust the day.
