Storage, Transport
When transporting the electric fence energizer, protect the solar panel to prevent damage to
the glass surface. For longer transport distances, it is recommended to transport the unit in its
original packaging. If the electric fence energizer is stored for an extended period, the battery may
discharge on its own and become damaged as a result. The electric fence energizer should be
stored indoors and turned off. If possible, place it near a window so that sunlight can shine on the
solar panel. If this is not possible, the unit should be stored in a cool place. The battery should be
fully charged and turned off. Charge the battery for trickle charging (approx. once a month) using
a suitable charger, not included in the scope of delivery.
Note: Be sure to store rechargeable batteries in a well-ventilated, dry area.
Important: Be sure to store or transport the device only when it is turned off.
