Note: if you hold the corkscrew at an angle to the bottle, it will not remove the cork properly
3. Remove the appliance from the bottle and keep holding it in vertical position-the cork will be removed
from the appliance automatically.
4. Always return the corkscrew to the wine base when you have finished with it. This will protect the
mechanism while it is not in use.
Wine Preservation
1. Install the stopper on bottle neck.
2. Install evacuating side of the appliance into stopper nozzle. Hold the appliance in vertical position
only.
3. Rest the appliance upon the stopper and press slightly. Wine preserver will start evacuating the
bottle. The appliance is running for as vacuum pump.
4. The device will turn off automatically after 20 seconds. Do not remove the appliance from the bottle
until it is switched off.
5. Shift pointer of the stopper to indicate preservation date.
6. Always return the corkscrew to the wine base when you have finished with it. This will protect the
mechanism while it is not in use.
