VCE/VC RC (Set)
until the Bluetooth module indicator (3)
flashes blue slowly.
■ Press and hold the start/stop button (6)
for approx. 3 seconds as soon as the
Bluetooth module indicator (3) starts
flashing blue slowly (see figure D1).
■ The Bluetooth module indicator (3) will
flash blue fast and then shine solid green
to indicate the pairing was successful.
■ Pair additional remote controls one at a
time by following the steps above.
■ To remove all paired devices, press and
hold the Bluetooth module button for
approximately 10 seconds. Then press the
module button again within approximately
10 seconds as soon as the module
indicator flashes red. The module indicator
will turn solid blue, indicating that all
remote controls have been unpaired (see
figure D2).
NOTE
Each remote control can be paired with only
one machine at a time. Pairing it with a new
machine will automatically unpair it from the
previous one.
NOTE
The machine can be paired with up to 10
remote controls. If more than 10 remote
controls are paired, the earliest paired remote
control will be automatically unpaired.
Using the remote control
manually (see figure E)
■ If the Bluetooth module indicator light is
off, press the Bluetooth module button (2)
to activate wireless control mode.
■ Start/Stop the machine by press the start/
stop button of any paired remote control,
or adjust the machine suction power
gradually by pressing the suction power
adjustment buttons.
■ To exit wireless control mode, press the
Bluetooth module button again. The
Bluetooth module indicator light will turn
off once the machine has exited wireless
control mode.
■ If available, turn the machine's knob to
"AUTO" to enable wireless mode. To exit
wireless mode, turn the knob to a different
setting.
Attaching the remote control (see
figure F)
NOTE
Never attach the remote control to locations
that are required to operate the tool (for
example, gripping surfaces, switches, etc.).
NOTE
Attach the remote control to the hose/tool,
ensuring it is placed in an area that generates
sufficient vibration during operation and that
it is tight on the hose/tool.
■ Attach one end of the fastening strap (8/9)
to one of the hooks (F-1) on the sides of
the remote control (4).
■ Place the remote control on the power
tool or hose in a suitable location. Pull the
fastening strap around the power tool/
hose so that it is tight against the power
tool/hose and attach the free end of the
fastening strap to the other hook on the
remote control.
■ If needed, cut the fastening strap to the
correct length.
Using the remote control
automatically (see figure G)
The remote control is equipped with vibration
detection, enabling it to automatically start
and stop the machine by sensing vibrations
from the power tool.
NOTE
If the machine is started manually via remote
control, the "Auto" mode function will stay
inactive until the machine is stopped.
■ Press the Bluetooth module button (2) to
enter wireless control mode.
■ When the connected power tool is
activated, the remote detects vibrations
and automatically turns on the machine.
■ The suction power could be adjusted by
pressing the suction power adjustment
buttons of any paired remote control.
■ After the power tool is switched off, in
order to empty the hose, the machine will
stop 5–8 seconds later. The vacuum cleaner
will also stop when manually pressing
the start/stop button. If the machine
is manually stopped while vibration is
detected, the vacuum cleaner will restart
automatically when the vibration stops
and restarts again.
