2.1

Declaration of conformity

The rollator is a class I medical device and fulfils the requirements of the European Me-
dical Device Regulation (EU) 2017/745. A corresponding EU declaration of conformity is
available.
2.2

Intended purpose

The rollator supports people with restricted mobility, e.g. people with walking disabilities
or severely restricted walking time, in their mobility and thus allows them a greater radius
of action. This rollator is designed for use both indoors and outdoors. It is foldable and
therefore handy and space-saving to transport on excursions and when travelling.
2.3 Contraindication
The rollator should not be used by persons with sensory impairments, severe balance
problems or an inability to sit. The user must have sufficient cognitive and physical abilities
to be able to operate a rollator.
2.4

Service life

This product is designed for a service life of 5 years. It is a prerequisite that the product
is used as intended and that the instructions for use and maintenance are followed regu-
larly. Careful handling, regular care and correct use can significantly extend the service
life. However, improper use and excessive strain can considerably shorten the service life.
