Pressure Monitoring Spray Valve
The pressure monitoring settings of a connected spray valve are graphically explained using the
following three diagrams.

The red line represents the course of the process pressure. The status "valve open" or "closed" is
indicated by the green lines. The yellow lines represent the pre-air or the post-air. The process
pressure must be between the limits Min pressure Start / end and Max pressure Start / end as soon
as the pre-air starts up to the end of the pre-air. The light blue area represents this duration. If the
print graph is outside the limits, there is an error.
The valve must open within the defined duration of the start delay (1), starting at the start of the valve
opening. After the valve closes, the pressure within the stop delay (2) must rise between the limits
min pressure start/end and max pressure start/end. It must remain between these limits until the end
of the post-air. If the pressure is outside the defined limits, there is an error.

With the valve open, the process pressure must be within the two limits of process pressure, min and
process pressure. The light blue area represents this duration. The range can be shifted by the value
of the start or stop delay. The blue dashed lines are only example values for the upper and lower
limits. If the print graph is outside the limits, there is an error.
The maximum error time is the maximum time the valve may be in the fault state until a fault is
displayed. If the error time falls below the specified time, the error is ignored.
