Cleaning, Care &
Maintenance
Food residues on the machine should be cleaned
regularly. Improper cleaning may shorten the
service life and lead to product damage.
Do not use abrasives/chemical products or hard
brushes/objects for cleaning, which may cause
damage to the surface and components.
Periodic/thorough cleaning:
1. Turn off and disconnect the appliance from the power supply before cleaning.
2. Set both thickness adjustment knobs to the maximum thickness to facilitate cleaning.
3. Remove the upper and lower guards by loosening the fixing screws. Detach the springs from the
support column then disassemble the scrapers in the direction as arrowed.
4. Remove all food residues from all parts using a cloth dampened with water and neutral food-grade
detergent.
5. Use warm, soapy water and a damp cloth to clean all removable parts. No parts are dishwasher safe.
6. Dry all parts well and re-assemble into position.
7. Leave the appliance idle for about 5 minutes before re-use.
