Emergency Power Mode
When the Main Pack's battery level falls below 10%, Lock Ultra enters Emergency Power
Mode. In this mode, all functions—except locking and unlocking—are disabled. The
device will emit both audio and visual alarms after each operation. Please recharge the
Main Pack as soon as possible to restore full functionality.
Backup Pack Low Battery
If the Backup Pack's battery level drops below 10%, Emergency Power Mode will not be
available. To ensure normal operation during emergencies or when the Main Pack is
low, replace the Backup Pack promptly.

Restoring Factory Settings

If you no longer wish to use your Lock Ultra, open the SwitchBot app and navigate to:
Lock Ultra > Settings > Delete Device.
Once deleted:
All data associated with the device will be permanently erased.

The Lock Ultra will be reset to factory settings.

Caution: This action cannot be undone. Proceed only if you are certain.
