Field of application
The devices are only intended for distributing radio and television signals in
the house! If the device is used for other purposes, no warranty is given!
Product description
The SAT line amplifier is used to compensate for attenuation caused by
long cable runs and distributors. It operates in the frequency ranges 47-862
MHz and 950 ... 2400 MHz with a gain of 12 ... 14 dB and 14 ... 17 dB
respectively. The device supports 22 kHz signals, is DiSEqC and single-cable
compatible and has DC feed-through to the LNB or multi-switch. Power is
supplied via the coaxial cable from the receiver, multi-switch or feed-in power
supply unit. The amplifier amplifies the SAT range and also FM, DAB+, DVB-T2
or cable TV in the forward path.

Equipotential bonding and Mounting
To avoid dangerous overvoltages (attention: risk of fire/death), the devices
must be connected to the equipotential bonding according to EN 60728-11.
To connect the outer conductor of the coaxial cable to the equipotential
bonding, use e.g. earth connection blocks CFA 7-01 at the input (1) and
output (2) of the amplifier.
Mount the device on a flat surface.
Use the mounting screws included in the delivery and the mounting holes
of the devices (3).

Power supply
The amplifiers must be remote-fed via the coaxial cable. The amplifiers can be
remote-fed at the input or output.
Check whether your SAT receiver or multiswitch is suitable for supplying the
amplifier.
The remote feed voltage is looped through the amplifier and the LNBs can also
be supplied.
Check whether the voltage source (SAT receiver, multiswitch, remote power
supply unit, etc.) can supply the necessary output current for all active
components.
Also check that the maximum through-current of the amplifier is not
exceeded.
