Introduction of chemicals
Before use, remove the tank cap and fill the tank with the chemicals to be used, replace the cap,
turn the switch to the ON position and press the handle lever to start use. Never put the pump in
water to clean or fill it.
Vaporization
Turn on the power switch, point the spray lance in the desired direction and press the lever on the
lance handle to start spraying.
Spraying is always done with the same hand. The operator must advance at a constant speed to avoid excessive or
insufficient vaporization at some points; must vaporize according to the direction of the wind, generally in a vertical
direction or at an angle of not less than 45° to the wind. The operator's position must be overhead and spray the vapor
downwards.
Pressure regulation
Putting the sprayer into operation is done only after liquid has been added to the tank, at least 1/2 of its volume.
To adjust the pump pressure (fig. 12), turn the adjusting lever. The spray size can be varied
and the spray power can be increased depending on the nozzles used and the items to be
sprayed. Turn the adjustment lever clockwise to increase the pressure and decrease the spray
amplitude. Turn the lever counterclockwise to reduce pressure and increase spray amplitude.
The sprayer is equipped with a protection unit that allows automatic pressure release when the
switch is closed or the nozzles are blocked during normal spraying operations.
To stop the pump, switch the start button to the off position and make sure that the pressure
adjustment knob is turned fully counterclockwise
