1. The device does not connect
- Libra and smartphone must both have active bluetooth.
- Check the version of the operating system of your smartphone, it must
be iOS 8.0 or higher/upper Android 6.0.
-Click on me-> device and look for the scale ID.
2. No data on body fat measured during weighing
- To measure body fat, the user must measure barefoot.
- Make sure the feet and scale are both dry.
- The scale does not end the weighing when the numeric display flashes
(stay on the scale for about 10 seconds until the number on the display
stops flashing).
- Bluetooth is not activated.
- Bluetooth is associated with a different scale.
3. The scale reports an incorrect weight
- Check if the scale is on a flat and stable surface.
- Check that the sensors are clean.
- Remove the batteries to reset the scale.
4. The app displays the incorrect fat-mall ratio
- Check that you have correctly inserted sex, age and height.
5. How can I recalibrate the scale after moving it or changing the
batteries?
- Get on the scale to turn it on. Wait for the scale to automatically reach
