Weighing Mode
Zeroes the balance

Pressed briefly:
Print
sends printer string
Menu
to optional serial port.
Pressed for 3 seconds:
opens the operating menu
Toggles the display mode
through all options in series current menu level
Notes:
1. Texts in quotes above describe the functions activated by each key
(e.g., "return to weighing mode")
2. Texts not in quotes are display messages
(e.g., count or tael) or describe user actions (e.g., "place weight")
3. P100.0 denotes percentage weighing
Functions of each menu line:
unit define the weight unit available in addition to the default units
(grams, ounces, pennyweights, piece count)
cal calibrate the weighing instrument to the applied reference weight
count select the reference sample quantity and activate the counting
mode, or select the reference percentage (P100.0) and activate
the weighing in percent mode
