Zur Beachtung
Dieses Gerät ist über den Wandler-Trato vom Netz getrennt. Be •Service-Arbeiten an
der Pnmärseite dieses Tratos ist ein Trenn-Trafo erforderlich.
Vor dem Anklemmen von MeBleitungen an IM-dus und Clock, Gerät ausschalten.
Chassis-Service-SteIlungen
1. Die beiden Schrauben links und rechtsvom
zurn Anschlag nach htnten ziehen. In dieser Stellung können Sie Service-
Einstellungen vornehmen.
2. Schieben Sie dasChass sein wenigwieder hinein, nun können Sie das Chassis
nach oben wegnehmen und sich eine günstige Ablage auf Ihrem Reparaturplatz
wählen,
3. Je nach Geräte-3auart (nicht bei allen Typen) können Sie auch wie folgt
beschriebene Service-Chassis-Halterungen
a) 1mKühlblech links hinten ist ein Einschnitt - rund mit Langloch - vorhanden. 1m
Gehäuse auf der linken Seite befi ndet sich eine Schraube.

b) 1mKühlblech rechts hinten ist ein Einschnitt vorhanden. Am rechten Chassis-
halter ist ein senkrecht stehender Bolzen angebracht. Auf diesen Bolzen stecken

Chassis-Austausch
(Bestell-Nr. siehe Ersatzteileliste)
Steckverbindungen zum Bedienteil, Bildröhre, Ablenker und Entmagnetisierung
(NF-Endstufe) abziehen.
Eventuell vorhandene Nachrüstsåtze
Nach Einbau des Chassis eventuell erforderliche Abgleicharbeiten vornehrnen.
Focus, Ug2 und Bildgeometrie.
Diese Geräte entsprechen der Röntgenverordnung
Zulassungs-Nr. BY 369/86 Rö registriert.
Bei allen Reparaturen ist darauf zu achten, daB die Maximalwerte der Hochspan-
nung (27 kV) und des Strahlstromes(1,2mA) nicht überschrittenwerden.
Attenzione

Spegnere l'apparecchio prima di collegare te linee di misurazione all' Im-Bus e all'
orologio.
Posizione dello chassi
I. Svitare le due viti a sinistra e a destra
fino alla battuta. In questa posizione potete eseguire le regolazioni di servizio.
2. Rispingete 10chassis un po'dentro, adesso potete prendero 10chassis verso
l'alto e scegliere un supporto favorevole sul posto per la riparazione.
3. Aseconda del sistemadl costruz•one (non intutti itipi) potete usareanchei sup-
porti sottoindicati dello chassis di servizio.
a) Nella piastra di raftreddamento dietro a sinistra
rotonda con asola. Nella custodia al lato sinistro si trova una vite. Applicate 10
chassis mediante incisione nella vite in manlera che venga mantenuto
nell'asola.
b) Nella piastra de raffreddamento distro a destra é disponibile un'incisione. Nel
portachassis a destra collocato un perno verticale. Su questro perno in sento
verticalmente 10 chassis mediante
Cambiamento dello chassis
Staccare collegamenti della parte servicio, collegamento cinescopio, deflessione e
bobina de smagnetizzazione (stadio finale audio). Inserire il nuovo chassi e control-
lare: foco, Ug2 e geometria dc monoscopio.
Questi apparecchi sono conformi alle norme Roentgen e sono registrato sotto il
numero di licenca BY 369/86 RO. Per ogni riparazione bisogna assolutamente
tenere presente che il valore massimo di alta tensione (27 kV) ed i Ivalore massimo di
corrente raggi (1,2rnA) non debono essere superati.

Important note
This set is disconnected from the power supply through the converter transformer.
An isolating transformer is necessary for service operations on the pnmary side of
the converter transformer.
Switch off appliance before connecting measure lines to 1MBus and clock.
Chassis service positions

I. Remove the two screws to the left and right ofthe chassis. Pull the chassis back
until It hits. You can now make service adjustments.
2. Push the chassis back in a little. You can now remove it in an upward direction
and place it in a suitable position for repair work.
3. Depending on desing (not for all types). You can use service chassis fixturesas
described in the following:
a) At the back ot the cooling plate is a round recess with an elongated hole. On the
left-hand side ot the housing
onto the screw in such a way that it is held in the elongated hole.
b) There is also a recess at the rear right of the cooling plate. A vertical bolt is
attached to the right-hand chassis holder. Fit the chassis vertically onto this bolt
using the recess.
Chassis replacement
(Art. no. see spare parts-list)
Release all connections to the control unit, picture tube, deflection coil and
demagnetization coil (LF amplifier). Remove supplementary parts If existing and
insert them in the replacement chassis. After insertion of the chassis carry out the
alignment procedure: Focus, Ug2 and picture geometry, if necessary.
The sets comply with the West German X-ray regulations and are registered under
design authorisation number
When carrying out all repairs it is essential to ensure that the maximum values
for high tension (27 kV) and beam current (1,2 mA) are not on any account
exceeded.
Para su observaciön
Este aparato estå separado de Iared de alimentaciån por medio destransformador-
convertidor. Se necesita un transformador de separacjön al hacertrabajos de servl-
cio técnico en eI primario de este transformador.
Previo al embornado de lineas de medida al iM-Bus y Clock, desconectar equipo.
Posiciones del servicio
1. Desatornillar del chasis ambos tornillos, izquierdo y derecho. Retirar el chasis
hasta el tope. En esta posiciån, Vd. puede practicar el ajuste de servicio.
2. Empuje nuevamente el chasis hacia adentro, en seguida Vd. puedo sacar eI
chasis hacia arriba y seleccionar un depösito apropiado sobre su lugar de repa-
racones.
3. Segünsea el tipodeequipo
eI apoyo-chasis de servicio como se describe a continuaciön.
a) En la chapa de enfriamiento se encuentra ubicada, a Ia izqwerda atrås, una
entalladura redonda con agujero largo. En la caja, al lado izquierdo se encuentra
un tornillo. Coloque el chasis en eI tornillo a través de Iaentalladura, de tal modo
que se sujete en el agujero largo.
b) En la chapa de enfriamiento se encuentra ubicada, a la derecha atrås, una
ental ladura. En el soporte derecho del chasis de ubicö un oerno perpenducular-
mente. Introduzca el chasis perpendicularmente en este perno a través de la
entalladura.
Intercambio de chasis
(Para Ref. No., véase lista de repuestos)
Sacar las unanes enchufables para la secciön de maneio, tubo de imågenes,
deflector y sestema de desmagnetizaciön (etapa final de BF).
Desmontor los juegos ampliadores de eq uipo que pudiese haber, tales como incor-
porändolos en eI chasis recambiable. Hacer Ios trabajos de igualaciön que fuesen
necesarios después de haber montado el chasis: Foco, I-Jg2y geometria de la
imagen.
Estos aparatos cumplen el Reglamento sobre rayos Röntgen, estando registrados
bajo la autorizaciön de tipo de construcciön
En todas las reparaciones hay que tener en cuenta que no se ha de rebasar los
valores måximos de alta tensiÖn (27 kV) ni de la corriente de haz (1,2 mA).
