Troubleshooting
1. What do I do if the
• Check that the USB hub's Type A cable is connected to your computer's
USB port.
2. The device may not be getting enough power:
• The USB device you have connected may be a high power device. When the PC powers
the Rapid USB HUB, it can only supply 500mA to each port. Try connecting the Rapid
USB hub to the included AC adapter (ACadapteris optional). Additionally, you may try to
connect the USB device directly to the PC.
