Note: If the caster cant
touch the ground, loosen
the lower nut as shown to
adjust the caster to proper
position, then tighten the
upper nut.

The handle will be loose during transportation
Please tighten the knob to make sure the handle
will not shake again.
Note: Do not press the handle while tightening
the knob.
