SCOPE OF APPLICATION

The diabetic set is designed solely for the use in combination with the products Airstep
Walker (long/REF. 500) and Airstep tight Walker (long/REF. 550) for supporting the foot
and the calf.

DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY

As the manufacturer, ORTHOSERVICE AG on its sole responsibility declares that the
product meets the basic requirements of annex I of the Directive 93/42/EEC MDD
Medical devices rev. 2007/47/EU.
MATERIAL
Insert sole made from shock absorbing foam and special stockings made from soft
fabric.
TESTING AND HANDING-OVER
When handing over the product the correct fi t is to be checked. Please make sure to
follow the instructions of adapting and putting on the appliance exactly.
