    ZIP file and save it on your local hard disk. The LIGHTDRIVE+ Configurator has to be installed manually. The application may run from any location. y Create a new and empty directory anywhere on your hard disk, e. g. C:\bin\ecue\ LIGHTDRIVE. Be sure you have write permission for this directory.

    USB devices. Usually, this is a LIGHTDRIVE+, but you can also use USB memory sticks to create configurations and save the configuration files on them. Later you could transfer these files to multiple LIGHTDRIVE+s with identical configurations. With a LIGHTDRIVE+ connected, the Configurator shows the USB memory drive letter, the installed firmware version and the MAC address of the LIGHTDRIVE+.

    User Manual - LIGHTDRIVE+ Configurator General Settings The LIGHTDRIVE+ has four operating states: y On mode: the LIGHTDRIVE sends DMX output. The Scene bars have individual colors to indicates the Scenes. y Idle Mode: after a first given time interval the LIGHTDRIVE+ switches to Idle Mode, all Scene bars get the same color and are dimmed.

You can select the relay states in general depending on the state the LIGHTDRIVE+ is in, and depending on the selected Zone and Scene.

    After saving the settings, the config.xml file is written to the LIGHTDRIVE+’ USB drive or on your hard disk. To transfer the config.xml file to the LIGHTDRIVE+, use the Windows Explorer to drag-and-drop the file into the LIGHTDRIVE+s USB stor- age. The LIGHTDRIVE+ recognizes that the configuration has changed and uses the new configuration settings automatically.

    LIGHTDRIVE+ Configurator wird manuell installiert. Er kann von beliebiger Stelle im Dateisystem ausgeführt werden. y Legen Sie ein neues leeres Verzeichnis auf der Festplatte an, z. B. C:\bin\ecue\ LIGHTDRIVE. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie für dieses Verzeichnis Schreibbberechti- gung besitzen.

Wenn das LIGHTDRIVE+ über USB mit Spannung versorgt wird, muss das USB-Kabel einen ausreichenden Durchmesser haben.

  • Seite 22 User Manual - LIGHTDRIVE+ Configurator Eine neue Konfiguration erzeugen Eine existierende Konfiguration von der Festplatte öffnen Konfiguration auf der Festplatte speichern Konfiguration vom LIGHTDRIVE+ oder von einem USB-Stick einlesen Konfiguration auf dem LIGHTDRIVE+ oder auf einem USB-Stick speichern Über die Auswahl der Einstellungen kann zwischen verschiedenen Parameter- Sätzen gewählt werden: General Settings (Allgemeine Einstellungen), Patching (Verteilung der DMX-Adressen), I/O Configuration (für Relais und digitale Eingänge) und für das Netzwerk (Network).

    Der voreingestellte Pfad zu den Konfigurationsdateien auf der Festplatte ist C:\ Users\benutzer\Documents. Im Datei-Dialog kann aber auch jeder andere Pfad verwendet werden. Der Name der Konfigurationsdatei des LIGHTDRIVE+ ist immer config.xml, ein anderer Name ist nicht erlaubt. General Settings (Allgemeine Einstellungen) Das LIGHTDRIVE+ hat vier Betriebszustände: y On Mode: das LIGHTDRIVE sendet DMX-Befehle.

Alle Linien und LEDs werden dunkel, Im Idle oder Sleep Mode schaltet der Bewegungsmelder das LIGHTDRIVE+ zurück in den On Mode, wenn Bewegungen vor dem Gerät festgestellt werden.

Die Werte können über die Fader, als Direkteingabe oder mit den kleinen Pfeilen verändert werden. Dabei gelten folgende Einschränkungen. y Zone B endet immer vor dem Beginn der Zone C.

Die Zustände der Relais können allgemein davon abhängig bestimmt werden, in welchem Mode das LIGHTDRIVE+ ist, oder abhängig von Zone und Scene.

In den meisten Fällen ist die Netzmaske 255.255.255.0 in einem Klasse C-Netzwerk mit maximal 254 Teilnehmern. Die MAC-Adresse kann nur gelesen werden und ist nur über die Datei version.txt im USB-Speicher des LIGHTDRIVE+ verfügbar.

Um die Konfigurationsdatei config.xml von der Festplatte ins LIGHTDRIVE+ zu übertragen, kopieren Sie die Datei von der Festplatte in den USB-Speicher des LIGHTDRIVE+ mittels des Windows Explorers.
