Cause
- No 12 volt supply
- Hardware configuration
not set to the right out-
put PIN
- Parameters not set
right in the idle control
options (see F6 in the
KMS management soft-
ware)
- Throttle valve too much
closed/open
- Idle control valve
mounted in the wrong
flowing direction (air
goes the wrong way)

Solution
- Check the power supply
on the idle control valve
- Change the KMS ECU
Hardware configurations
- Check the setup of the
idle control settings
-Check (when you disable
the idle control valve) if
the engine will run idle
under normal operating
conditions
- change the connection
of the hoses
