Use
Risk of burns or injury!
Very high temperatures are generated during use, the warmer, the heat distribution plate and the paste
burners become hot. Residual heat remains even after use. Touch the paste burners by the handles
only and place them on heat-resistant coasters only. Use our SPRING GRIPS pot holders or gloves, if
necessary.
- Place the bottom plate on a stable, level and non-flammable surface. If necessary, use a washable, sufficiently
heat-resistant mat to protect sensitive surfaces from splashes.
- Place the warmer completely into the intended slots of the bottom plate. Assure that it is placed safely in them.
- Place the heat distribution plate onto the warmer and put the safety paste burners into the recess of the bottom
plate.
- Now, use a stick lighter or a long match to ignite the fuel paste in the paste burners.
- You can set the intensity of the flame in accordance with the temperature you need. Move the top ring of the
burner to the left or to the right in order to control the strength of the flame. You reach the maximum temperature
when all the holes are open; the smallest flame is produced when all the side holes are closed.
Caution!
Never leave the Cheese Raclette unattended or in the proximity of children. Help children to prepare
their food.
Variations of use
Cheese Raclette:
- Put cheese or other prepared ingredients into the pans and place them on the heat distribution plate.
- Once the ingredients are done or the cheese is melted, remove the pans from the warmer. To avoid scratching
the coating, use the included wooden scrapers to slide the out of the pans.
- Caution: The pans are hot. Hold them by the heat-resistant handles only and place them on heat-resistant
coasters only.
- Enjoy the food with bread or other side dishes. Serve with your favorite sauces and dips.
- Tip: Do not heat empty pans on the warmer and do not leave the pans on the hot warmer after use. The coating
could be damaged and food residue could burn onto the pans and be difficult to remove.
Fondue warmer:
- Place a suitable fondue pot on the heat distribution plate. The fondue pot should have a bottom diameter of
max. 17 cm.
- You only need one burner, which you place in the center of the recess in the bottom plate. Always use the
heat distribution plate so that the fondue pot stands securely on the warmer.
