Safety Information
WARNING Read all safety warnings, instructions, il-
lustrations and specifications provided with this
power tool.
Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result
in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.
Save all warnings and instructions for future refer-
ence.
WARNING All locally legislated safety rules regard-
ing installation, operation and maintenance shall be
respected at all times.
Statement of Use
• For professional use only.
• This product and its accessories must not be modified in
any way.
• Do not use this product if it has been damaged.
• If the product data or hazard warning signs on the product
cease to be legible or become detached, replace without
delay.
• The product must only be installed, operated and serviced
by qualified personnel in an industrial environment.

Intended Use

This product is designed for removing material using abra-
sives. No other use permitted.
Product Specific Instructions
Operation
Air Supply Requirements
1.
Supply clean, dry air with maximum pressure 90 psi
(6.3 bar) to the tool. Higher pressure drastically reduces
tool life.
2.
Connect the tool to air line using pipe, hose, and fitting
sizes shown in the schema 3.
Installation / Operation
1.
Loosen the safety screw, install the cutting disc between
two flanges, tighten the safety screw ,make sure the cut-
ting disc fixed properly to the tool.

Connect the tool as shown in schema 3.

To start the tool, pull the safety lever (2) and push the
throttle lever (1). Increase the machine speed by in-
creasing pressure on the throttle lever (1). Refer schema
2.
4.
Release the throttle lever (1) to stop the tool. Refer
schema 1.
Turning Head Position

1.
Stop the tool.
2.
Push forward the lock sleeve (2).
3.
Change the position of the tool head up or down (3), or
back to normal position. Refer Schema 1.

Release the lock sleeve (4). The lock sleeve comes back
to its original position. Refer Schema 1
WARNING
Do not start the tool, if the tool head is not locked.
Avoid fingers injury by keeping your fingers off the
mechanisms when operating the flex head.
Make sure to hold onto the mechanism edge each
time the flex head is adjusted. Fingers caught by the
mechanism may occur without paying attention.
Changing the Direction of Rotation
Refer Schema 5
1.
Stop the tool.
2.
Turn the knob (1) to 'F' or 'R' for forward and reverse
rotation respectively.
3.
Start the tool again.
After the work is finished
WARNING The stopping time may be longer than 5
seconds.
Make sure that the tool is switched off and has come
to a complete stop before it is laid down.
The stopping time is dependent on the abrasive used.
Put down the tool carefully to ensure that the tool will not
start by itself/on its own.

Service and Maintenance

Lubrication
Use an air line lubricator with SAE #10 oil, adjusted to two
(2) drops per minute.
Maintenance instructions
• Follow environmental regulations of the local country
for safe handling and disposal of all components.
• Maintenance and repair work must be carried out by qual-
ified personnel by using only original spare parts. Contact
the manufacturer or your nearest authorised dealer for ad-
vice on technical service or if you require spare parts.
• Always ensure that the machine is disconnected from en-
ergy source to avoid accidental operation.
• Disassemble and inspect the tool every three 3 months if
the tool is used every day. Replace damaged or worn
parts.
• To keep downtime to a minimum, the following service
kit is recommended: Tune-up kit
Disposal
• The legislation of the respective country must be fol-
lowed for the disposal of this equipment.
• All damaged, badly worn or improperly functioning de-
vices MUST BE TAKEN OUT OF OPERATION.
