To vent the hydraulic circuit, raise pump and lower tool.
Carry out several pumping procedures without building up pressure
and use the discharge lever to return the tool. Repeat the process
several times if necessary.

Regularly grease expanding tool tapers (tube of lubricant is supplied
with tool). Take care not to apply too much grease to tapers so as to
prevent excess grease from entering the pipe.
Caution:
Do not grease those ex pan der head segments that are in contact with
the pipe!
Clean and dry tool before storing it away!
