Note : You can increase or decrease the rest periods between each contraction (green
knobs) and the length of contractions (red knobs). Should you experience discomfort, turn
generators A or B to position "0", change the position of the electrodes causing the dis-
comfort, and then turn the power back on. If discomfort persists, end the session. Do not
exceed 40 minutes of muscle building per session and per day.
