1. UNLOADING
The unit should be transported in an upright position, properly secured and packed. The manufacturer sends the unit on
a special wooden platform, protected by cardboard angles and foil.

2. PRODUCT FEATURES

2.1. Purpose
The Innova T device is a cooling unit intended for exhibition and short-term storage of confectionery: cakes, pies, cookies,
desserts, etc. at +5°C/+15°C at ambient temperature of +15°C/+25°C and relative air humidity of 60%.
2.2. Device description
"Innova T" is a cooling cabinet with an internal unit, with forced air circulation. The cabinet is equipped with an automatic
defrost function, automatic condensate evaporation and an electronic thermostat optionally connected with a tempera-
ture recording module, allowing for recording and signaling high and low temperatures inside the unit (not applicable to
"Carel" thermostat). The display part of the cabinet is made of glass, with rotating or fixed shelves with adjustable height.
Depending on its purpose, the cabinet is made in stationary or mobile version. "IGLOO" units are manufactured according
to modern technology and have the required certificates.
