Symptom
Transmitter or Receiver
does not switch on
i.e. LED light is off.
Both Transmitter and
Receiver lights are blinking.
Both Transmitter and
Receiver are on
but no sound can be heard.
Audio transmission
is interrupted
occasionally.
Possible Cause
Power supply
problem.
Transmitter and Receiver
have not been paired.
Tranmitter and Receiver
are at wrong locations.
Antennas are
in bad positions.
Your smartphone
or other device
with WLAN is too
close.
Interference from
other 2.4GHz
devices like
Bluetooth devices
or microwave oven.

Action
Check power
supply
connections.
Check that both units i.e.
transmitter and receiver
are from the same
product.
Swap Transmitter and
Receiver.
Find a better
location for both
transmitter and
receiver using
trial and error
method.
Find a better location
further away for
your mobile phone or
other device with
WLAN.
Relocate you device
with Bluetooth.
Relocate
microwave oven
or don't use it
while listening to
music.
