OPERATION
1.
Set the temperature knob to a middle setting.
2.
Place blade against foam edge and press trigger.
3.
For best results, practice on scrap foam.
4.
Cutting should produce little or no smoke.
5.
If smoke appears, reduce temperature or increase speed.
Releasing the trigger 2-3 cm before finishing the cut keeps
the blade cleaner.
Blade Length Tip: Blade should extend no more than 2 cm
beyond the foam thickness to avoid overheating.

Review the foam material's MSDS sheet before cutting.
2.
Always cut in a well-ventilated area.
3.
Never burn off residue on the blade.
4.
Only activate when in contact with material.
5.
Keep hot blades away from skin and clothing.
6.
Let the blade cool before touching or storing.
7.
Use appropriate gloves and PPE.
8.
Not to be used in damp or wet conditions.
