PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

• Intended Use
This professional-grade rotatable air-cooling hot knife
features five adjustable blade angles and rapid heating. It
is designed for precision cutting of foamed plastics with
temperature control and minimal mess.

BLADE INSTALLATION

Important: Always unplug the tool before installing or
removing blades. Let all parts cool down before handling.
STRAIGHT BLADE INSTALLATION
1. Loosen blade holder screws
with the included wrench.
2. Slide the blade under the
pressure plates until snug.
3. Tighten screws securely — do
not over-tighten.
4. Plug into power outlet.
5. Use the 16-setting
temperature knob to adjust
heat output.
Caution: Do not block air intake. Excessive output may
overheat blade holders.
