Connections
Hazardous voltage.
SUPPLY CIRCUITS. CHECK THAT THE RB PRO
CONTROL IS DISCONNECTED FROM THE POWER
SUPPLY BEFORE PERFORMING SERVICING.
To connect the control panel, temperature sensor, etc., to the con-
trol panel with quick connectors (RJ10), refer to the circuit board
overview (Fig. 1)
All the connectors must be in place before the power is switched
on. Note: The control panel may only be connected or disconnect-
ed when the RB Box is de-energised. Otherwise it may damage
the control panel.
When using a different cable (RJ10) to the control panel than the
one included in the package, the resistance of the cable must
be taken into account. If the resistance is higher than specified,
there is a risk of a voltage drop and the control panel can not be
started/connected.
Elite control panel: Cable total max. 8 ohm.
Pure control panel: Cable total max. 20 ohm.
Lighting
Can be controlled from the control panel.
See connections diagram (Fig. 1) for the max. power specifica-
tion.

Door contact

Prevents unintended operation of the steam room while the door
is open. Connected by means of a low power cable and a RJ10
connector with pin connections as in the section "Description of
cabling/modular contacts".
The door contact needs to be installed when remote control the
sauna (using external switch, home automation, WiFi or Cloud
functionally)

Option
External switch (Tylö Item no. 9090 8048)
Positioned outside the sauna room to start the sauna from other
location than the control panel. Maximum cable length is 100 m..
Connected by means of a low power cable and a RJ10 connector
with pin connections as in the section "Modular contactor descrip-
tion". Additional external switches must be connected in parallel.
Depending in which region the system is installed, it could be
mandatory to use the Door Contact.
Connection of extra equipment -AUX
There is the option to connect extra equipment, such as a fan,
additional lighting, fragrance pump, etc. The Control panel Elite
has functionality with AUX. Two AUX inputs in RB Pro Control.
NOTE! IF Sauna IR is utilized, AUX2 has no functionality, only
AUX0 can be used.
NOTE! Always Connect extra equipment (AUX) in RB Pro Control.
When using System Tyalrium, the steam generator doesn't have
any Aux function.
