Always disconnect the appliance from the power outlet and allow it
to cool down completely before cleaning.
Caution!: Do not immerse the cord, electric plugs, or the
kettle in water or any other liquids to protect against fire,
electric shock, or personal injury.
• Wipe the kettle body with a damp cloth. Do not use toxic cleaners.
• Clean the filter periodically by detaching it via the tab inside the
kettle, then reattach after cleaning.
Caution!: Avoid chemical, steel, wooden, or abrasive cleaners
to maintain the kettle's finish.
• When not in use, wind the power cord under the base for storage.
De-scaling Your Kettle:
• Fill the kettle with equal parts white vinegar and water, or use a
commercial de-scaler.
• Boil the solution, then turn off the kettle and let it sit for 30 minutes.
• Pour out the solution. For heavy lime scale, repeat the process.
• Boil clean water and discard. Repeat 2-3 times to remove de-scaler
residue.
• Wipe the kettle with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
• Boil fresh water to ensure proper operation and remove any
lingering taste.
