CONNECTING YOUR APPLIANCE TO A GAS CARTRIDGE:
To be able to use your appliance you will need to
purchase a gas cartridge which is suitable for this specific
appliance. Please see the TECHNICAL DATA table for
information regarding the correct type of gas cartridge.
1. Place the appliance on a flat, stable surface. Unfold
the pan supports.
2. Position the gas cartridge at the side of your
appliance, keeping it upright and away from heat or
ignition sources.
3. Make sure the shut-off valve (8) is fully closed by
turning it clockwise towards the symbol '–' .
4. Make sure that both burner knobs (3+4) are fully
closed by turning them clockwise.
5. Carefully screw the gas cartridge onto the connector,
taking care not to cross-thread. Tighten until the
sealing washer meets the cartridge (hand-tight only).
6. Always check for leaks at all joints before lighting the
appliance (never use a flame to check).
7. Never leave appliance connected to a gas cartridge
when not in use.
LIGHTING YOUR GAS APPLIANCE:
1. Ensure the appliance is assembled and the gas
cartridge connected according to the above
instructions.
2. Insert one AAA (#7) battery in the compartment
under the stove (fig. 2).
3. Open the shut-off valve (8) by turning
counterclockwise.
4. Open one of the burner knobs (3 or 4), depending on
4
which burner you want to use, by turning the knob
counterclockwise (fig. 6).
5. Immediately press and hold the auto piezo ignition
button (6) until the burner lights (fig. 7).
6. If ignition fails after 3–5 attempts, close the shut-off
valve (8) and wait at least 5 minutes before trying
again to allow unburned gas to disperse.
7. When the burner is lit, adjust the flame using the
burner knob.
8. Turn counterclockwise for a higher flame, clockwise
for a lower flame.
9. The correct flame should be blue and stable (fig. 8).
10. Do not open the burner knobs beyond maximum
flame level, as this may cause flaring and waste gas.
11. Do not move the appliance or cartridge while lit. Allow
a short warm-up period (~1 minute) to stabilise the
flame.
12. Avoid twisting the flexible hose.

AFTER USE:

1. Make sure both burner knobs (3 + 4) are turned fully
clockwise to the OFF position. Allow the stove to cool
completely before handling.
2. Close the shut-off valve (8) by turning it fully
clockwise.
3. Carefully unscrew the gas cartridge from the shut-off
valve (8). A small release of gas may occur during
disconnection – this is normal.
4. Replace the protective cap on the gas cartridge after
removal. Store the cartridge upright in a cool, dry, and
well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and
heat.

2.
5.
6.
5. Fold the pan supports (6), wrap hose (7) into track
under stove for storage, and place the stove in its
carrybag.
6. Always check that the appliance is clean and free
from dirt or debris before storage.
3.

IMPORTANT:
• The stove body may be hot after use. Handle with
care.
• Stainless steel parts may discolour due to heat. This
is normal and does not affect performance.
• A brief hissing sound or small gas release may occur
when attaching or detaching the cartridge. This is
normal.
