USING RAKÜ AS AN AMBIENT TEMPERATURE THERMOMETER
1. Press the "on/set" button C on the back of the thermometer.
2. Wait for approximately 10 seconds. The digital screen B will
display the room temperature when the thermometer is ready
for operation.
USING RAKÜ AS A BATH THERMOMETER
1. Press the "on/set" button C, or simply place it in the water for
automatic activation.
2. For more accurate results, place the thermometer in the
bathwater while the tub is being filled, and make sure to
thoroughly mix the water.
3. The indicator light A will flash red when the temperature
exceeds 39°C (102°F), and green when it drops below 30°C
(86°F). The words "hot" and "cold" will also appear on the
screen B accordingly.
The thermometer will continue to re-check and adjust the temperature every 10
seconds when turned on.
The device will shut off automatically after 30 minutes to conserve battery life.
CHANGING THE HIGH-TEMPERATURE ALERT
Press and hold the "on/set" button C for 2 seconds, until the

screen B starts blinking.
Press the "+" button E to adjust the high-temperature alert
•
setting. You can choose a setting between 30°C and 40°C.
• The default setting is 39°C (102°F).

CHANGING FROM CELSIUS TO FAHRENHEIT

Press the "°C/°F" button D . The temperature unit should

change automatically between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
• The default unit is in Celsius.
