TROUBLESHOOTING

Never disassemble your Wingman HD speaker. Irreparable damage can result from unauthorized service attempts, which
also void the warranty.
If unit does not turn on:
• Press Power button fully.
• Charge internal battery. If unit does not respond to power button after fully charging, contact Bushnell Golf
customer service: Bushnell Golf Customer Support Link or call (800) 423-3537.
If unit powers down during use:
• The battery charge level is low, indicated by a flashing orange Indicator Ring. Recharge the battery.
Problems pairing with phone via Bluetooth:
• The Speaker is within 10m (32ft) from the device.
• The Speaker is in pairing mode, the LED indicator blinking orange.
No Sound:
• Make sure the music volume is at audible level on both your device and speaker.
• Make sure your device is successfully paired with the speaker.
Poor sound quality:
• Move the device closer to the Wingman HD or remove any obstacle between them.
Buttons do not function:
• If necessary, the Wingman HD can be reset. Make sure the charging cable is not connected. Place a small pin
(<3mm) into the reset key (small opening to the right of the USB charging port) and hold it down (press lightly) for 2
seconds until the LED Indicator Ring turns off.

• The Wingman HD features a bright, high-quality display. Similar to a mobile phone,
it can generate heat—especially in direct sunlight. For the best performance and
longevity, try to keep the screen shaded whenever possible.
• If the Wingman HD does get too warm, you'll see an on-screen prompt reminding you
to move it out of direct sunlight so it can cool down.
How should I charge my Wingman HD?
• Refer to the full charging instructions on page 11. Use the included charging cable and connect it to a reliable USB
power source.
What's the best way to charge the Wingman HD quickly?
• For faster charging, use a 5V/2A power adapter or a USB 3.0 port.
Can other chargers be used to charge the Wingman HD Speaker?
• Yes, most standard USB power sources will work, but charging times may vary depending on the output.
Can the Wingman HD Speaker charge other devices?
• Yes, the Wingman HD Speaker can charge other devices using USB-A input; however, this will reduce the battery
charge on the Wingman HD.
