Adjust the neck support
Until your child can support their own head, ensure
the neck support reaches up to their ears for
proper support. To ensure the right height, you
can fold the neck support inward, outward or
upward depending on your baby's body length.

Release the baby
Release the side straps to make space for your
baby. Open the zipper down to the seat indicator
and lift the baby gently out. Place the baby in a
safe location before you open the seat indicator
and pull the zipper open to unwear the carrier.
