Video: ANWENDUNG ANWENDUNG Benutze TRIGGin und TRIGGin intense TRIGGin und TRIGGin intense ausschließlich mit dem zugehörigen Tape. Dieses kannst du online über unsere Web site www.triggin.de www.triggin.de nachbestellen. Damit das Tape gut haftet, sollte die Haut sauber, trocken sowie frei von Fett und /oder Öl sein. - Seite 8 Den Schmerzpunkt im Schulter-Nacken-Bereich, am Schienbein oder Arm lokalisieren. Bei schwer zugänglichen Stellen eine weitere Person zu Hilfe nehmen. Ein ca. 12 cm langes Stück Tape abtrennen und in der Mitte knicken.

- Seite 11 Das Tape in der Mitte auseinanderziehen, bis die Schutzfolie reißt. Dann die Schutzfolie ein Stück abziehen. Den Triggerknopf direkt auf dem Schmerzpunkt platzieren und das Tape mit Dehnung in der Mitte anbringen.
- Seite 12 Die Tape-Enden ohne Dehnung aufkleben, dabei die Klebeflächen möglichst nicht berühren. Ein weiteres Tape darüber kleben, um den Druck auf den Triggerpunkt zu erhöhen und ihn zu fixieren.
