1. SAFETY
• WARNING! DO NOT use the tool if damaged, has missing parts or is thought to be faulty.
• WARNING! Disconnect from air supply when changing accessories or servicing.
• WARNING! Always wear approved eye, face and hand protection when operating the air grinder.
• WARNING! We recommend you wear suitable respiratory protection Always wear an HSE approved
dust mask (FFP1, FFP2, FFP3).
• WARNING! Always wear approved hand & ear protection. Ensure the gloves are not loose fitting or
frayed on the fingers.
• WARNING! Store idle air tools out of reach of children and DO NOT allow persons unfamiliar with
the tool or the instructions to operate the tool.
• Dress appropriately. DO NOT wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep hair, clothing and gloves away
from moving parts.
• Use the tool in accordance with these instructions considering working conditions and the work to be
performed.
• Ensure rivets are not damaged or have any flaws.
• WARNING! Always keep a tight grip on the tool, using additional hand grips if they are available.
Failure to do so may end up with injuries to hands and wrist.
• DO NOT hold the workpiece by hand. Ensure workpiece is secured with a clamp.
• DO NOT force the tool.
• WARNING! Check correct air pressure is maintained and not exceeded.
• WARNING! Keep air hose away from heat, oil and sharp edges. Check air hose for wear before
each use and ensure that all connections are secure.
• DO NOT operate the tool if you are tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or intoxicating
medication.
• DO NOT overreach. Always keep proper footing and balance. Ensure the floor is not slippery and
wear non-slip shoes.
• DO NOT use unauthorized parts and accessories, which may do harm to human body and
pneumatic tools.
• DO NOT use any liquids to clean the tool. Vacuum or dust with a clean rag will be sufficient.
