Installation Notes - Rideet One Bedienungsanleitung

Once Rideet One is properly connected to a power source, you have to fix it to any fixed
part nearby, as, for example, the motorcycle frame. You can fix Rideet One by using two
(2) plastic ties. Fixing is simplified by the plastic ties designated areas on Rideet One itself.
When Rideet One is fixed and stable the electric and mechanical installation is completed.
You can return to the Rideet app to complete the activation process and to start calibra-
ting the unit.

Installation notes

• Install Rideet One on a bike in vertical position by using centerstand or external stand.
• Before fixing Rideet One to the motorcycle, take note of its Serial Number on the lower
side. You will need it during the Activation process.
• Please note that using the T-tap exposes to the risk of water infiltration in
the installation area around the T-tap, with the risk of high damage to the
motorcycle electric system. After the installation, protect the area using
insulating tape and any other solution to prevent infiltration.
• Always make sure that there is no conductive connection between the
positive pole of the battery and its negative pole or another ground point
such as the frame.
• After the installation, be sure that all the parts are strongly fixed.
• When fixing the Rideet One, position it according to the Positioning
Guidelines in the Installation section on support.rideet.com or in the
Rideet app.
