CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

 Turn OFF the Variable Temperature Control and unplug the
unit from the mains power supply and let it cool down
thoroughly before cleaning.
 Be sure that the unit is cool enough before putting ON or
taking OFF parts.
 The Grill Plate and Oil Drip Tray are washable with soap and
water.
Attention: They only should be cleaned with a sponge added
washing-up liquid or dishwasher liquid. (NO scouring powder
and brush!). Do not use metal scouring in cleaning the unit.
 Do not immerse the Cool Touch Base with Heating Element
in water or any other liquids. Wipe the unit base with a damp
cloth and dry thoroughly.
 To avoid scratching the non-stick surface, do not use harsh
or abrasive cleaning agents.
 Reassemble the Electric Grill and BBQ after drying and then
store.
 Stone care: Clean your stone using a metal scraper to remove
any residue, then rinse it with a sponge and warm water,
without adding dishwashing liquid. If necessary, let it soak.
You can use steel wool, although this may dull its shine
